Bread-making is surprisingly easy once you know the basic technique. Come to learn from Pieter at this friendly, informative bread-making session. Once you have mastered the technique using strong white bread flour you will be able to experiment at home with different types of flour and added ingredients.
Today we will turn our bread dough into Italian stuffed bread, Stromboli.
Guided by Pieter, who has over 30 years’ experience in the catering industry, you will get tips and suggestions to make bread-making easy and straightforward. You’ll also have an enjoyable morning in a friendly setting and take home a fabulous, delicious bag of bagels.
Please arrive by 9.20am and bring a paper or canvas bag or container to take home your freshly-baked bagels.
