Join chef Chris King to learn how to make your own bread.
Bread-making is surprisingly easy once you know the basic technique. Come to learn from Chris at this friendly, informative bread-making session. Once you have mastered the technique using strong white bread flour you will be able to experiment at home with different types of flour and added ingredients.
Today we will make focaccia with red onion and rosemary from our herb garden. Guided by Chris, who has over 30 years’ experience in the catering industry, you will get tips and suggestions to make bread-making easy and straightforward. You’ll also have an enjoyable morning in a friendly setting.
Please arrive by 10.20am and bring a suitable bag or container to take home your freshly-baked warm bread.
