Join us for a leisurely afternoon of bread making.
Bread-making is surprisingly easy once you know the basic technique. Come to learn from Pieter at this friendly, informative bread-making session. Once you have mastered the technique using strong white bread flour you will be able to experiment at home with different types of flour and added ingredients.
Today we will turn our enriched bread dough into baklava buns. These delicious breads are flavoured with cinnamon, demerara, and pistachio nuts. Guided by Pieter, who has over 30 years’ experience, you will get tips and suggestions to make bread-making easy and straightforward. You’ll also have an enjoyable afternoon in a friendly setting and take home fabulous, delicious bread.
Please arrive by 2.50pm and bring a paper or canvas bag or container to take home your freshly-baked warm bread buns.
