This afternoon we will make that classic dish of Beef Wellington. What a treat for a Saturday afternoon!
We will cook a 200g cut of beef fillet. Then you will make your own chicken liver paté & mushroom duxcelle. Then we wrap all this deliciousness in pancake first and then in puff pastry, ready for the oven.
Please try to arrive by 1.20pm, and bring a suitable container to take home your fabulous single portion of Beef Wellington.
