Bagels and pretzels are delicious but fiddly to make! Not many people bake them at home so we thought you could come and make them here and we will go through the processes step by step together.
Bagels include a step where the dough is boiled before baking. Top them with poppy or sesame seeds if you like.
To make pretzels we knot the dough for that classic pretzel shape. We will make soft pretzels.
At the end of the lesson you will leave the class with skills for life and lots of bagels and pretzels.
Please arrive by 9.50am, bring strong paper or hessian bags to take home your bread and wear comfortable shoes.
